Observation

Staff told the licensor that sometimes a sleeping infant is placed in the swing when they need to do something else such as check out/talk to a parent picking up another infant. In addition, information indicates that leaving a sleeping infant in a swing for up to 15 minutues to be "completely asleep" before transferring them to a crib is common practice.
